DMCA Policy

e-movies does not host video files. We aggregate public third-party streaming providers and maintain metadata from The Movie Database (TMDB). If you are the rights holder for content that appears in our catalog and you believe a listing should be removed or corrected, please submit a written notice.

How to submit a notice

Email the full notice to dmca@e-e.lol. Your notice must include:

1. Your legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
2. A statement that you are the rights holder or authorized agent for the work.
3. Identification of the work (title, IMDB/TMDB id if possible).
4. The URL(s) on e-movies where the work appears.
5. A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized.
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
7. Your physical or electronic signature.

Turnaround

Valid notices are processed within 72 hours. We will disable access to the reported item and remove it from search indexes.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the same elements plus your consent to venue in accordance with applicable law.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Important

Submitting a false DMCA notice under penalty of perjury is a federal offense. Please do not submit frivolous notices.
